Cattle have been well weaned and were good to handle throughout assessment. Yards are set up for Bison farming, making them fully lined, with minimal vision, despite this , weaners were sensible to move through the yards, looking for the next gateway. Well mannered to draft in the pound draft. A few were a bit anxious in the crush (fully enclose with rubber) once out in the daylight again, they settled straight back down. Exited the yard sensibly, and were calm to approach on foot for photos.

Assessor Comments
Very well bred line of EU Accredited pure The Glen Angus blood steers. Currently dressed up in their Winter woolies to handle the very cold local climate. These steers are renowned for how they grow out & present with all the shape & scope to take on any market, domestic or export, with plenty of compensatory weight gain to take advantage of in the mean time. These steers have been properly weaned, received all their animal health treatments & will bounce ahead in the Spring time. 100% Grass fed, antibiotic free. All boxes ticked. Cattle that won’t disappoint. Please see photos & video for full contentment.
