This line of heifers handled exceptionally well through the yard, only two stirred up in the race after they turned around in race ( race too wide for young cattle ). Vendor quotes in the paddock with his Kelpies these heifers are a pleasure to move and muster.

Assessor Comments
Backgrounders or breeders this deck load of heifers will excel. They are all frame and low weight due to the season and the tick burden they had. They have been treated for the ticks and it’s rained and already they look to be cleaning up and doing better. This lot has a huge compensatory gain if given the right country. They are one brand, even in hip height and generally well managed. There was a gate come open which give these heifers access to a Palgrove Ultra Black bull, however from my view these heifers are too light and plain to cycle. There are 5 heifers with untipped horn, the balance are naturally polled. All legs, eyes, hips looked to be clean, clear and unblemished. Buyers looking for quick responding well bred young cattle here’s your opportunity. The vendor will deliver this consignment to the Gympie Saleyard for ease of delivery to the buyer. I highly recommend this consignment of heifers.
