Young, green heifers, still a bit anxious and uncertain in the yards at times, simply their age & lack of education. All brought up from the back yards by a single handler, and self fed up the race without hassle. A few doing a bit of stomping in the crush. Settling in the yards quietly. A bit anxious in the laneway for photos, having to share the space with 2 unfamiliar faces on foot. Young girls that will only improve with age & handling.

The Bleeser herd was initially built up from the purchase of PTIC Ex stud cows, direct from Landfall Angus. Keeper females have alway been heavily classed on an annual basis for feet, udders, temperament & general structure. Then selecting high indexing, Landfall Angus sires, targeting Bulls with strong maternal traits, being milk, birth weight, calving ease & docility, & targeting top carcass attribute for EMA, IMF, 400DW & positive Rib & Rump. Very well bred young future breeders that will inject years of methodically constructed genetics in to your herd
