Steers were very well mannered in yards & crush. A bit hesitant to walk up the race, but once a leader started, they followed on very easily, all standing in the crush very sensibly and mostly exiting at a walk.

Out of the infamous Koojan Hills (Ex Sue Ray) & Yamba Angus (Ex Wanterbadgery Station) Cows, By Lawson & Bongongo Angus blood Sires, selected for IMF, EMA & those 400 & 600 day weights! Steers that have received industry recognition in the recent 2024 Beef Spectacular, placing 7th for eating quality & 4th in the AMPC National Beef carcass comp, class 5, heavy trade grain fed category! These steers have received all the animal health treatments and been given the best start possible. Steers are marching forward at the moment, doing 1.8-2+kg/day on a mix of semi improved & native pastures. These steers have the genetic reputation to be a very rewarding investment and would be the perfect article to continue on pastures in a grass fattening bullock program, or start on a feed ration. All 100% Antibiotic free & Grass only Fed.
