Steer weaners that have been properly yard weaned/trained and race trained. An absolute pleasure to handle and a credit to Lach for the time he has put in to these weaners to have them as well educated and as easy to handle through the drafting, weighing and photography/video process as they were at assessment. Weaners that can be managed by people of all cattle handling abilities.

Annual draft of the Cumberoona bred yard weaned Aug/Sept drop steers bred out of volume cows in the Eastern Slopes country and noted performers in the beef industry for past buyers. This lot represents the middle weighted steers and are offered as 3 lots of 41 as a run out the gate in a tight weight range. Steers that were an absolute pleasure to handle throughout the assessing process and a credit to their handlers for the time spent and obvious benefits from this diligent process. Steers were yard weaned 7th March on to quality pasture hay and silage where they will remain until delivery. Steers have had the added benefit of cattle yard and race training. Bred from volume females, these steers are by Dunoon, Table Top & Shacorrahdalu Angus sires. PCAS Grassfed and/or Greenham Never Ever dec available. Noted one steer with small old pinkeye scar in mob of 123 and a very odd steer with light ringworm. Photos and videos are of all 239 steers being offered over five lots in this sale.
