A quality line of 41 July/August 2022 Poll Hereford steers, 341.1 kgs, a quality line of Greenhams Never Ever Accredited steers to background or to carry over for heavier weights. These cattle are bred from a herd based of Broughton Brook, and Pine Hill Poll Herefords with more recent influences of Wirruna Poll and Days Poll Hereford genetics. A focus has been on early growth and temperament. These cattle have been handled since Friday, being held around yards on water and seconds hay prior to assessment and still looked in fresh condition and were a pleasure to handle. These cattle are grazing quality winter feed and will continue to perform if shown quality feed. Two steers had small scurs and one had tipped horns.
