41 Angus steers all weighed 383kg - 462kg to av 418kg full. Aug / Sep drop 23, Chiltern Park Angus genetics for the past 5 years, based on banquet bld before that. They have experienced 2 very dry summers and one horrible autumn so they should be heavier but just haven't had the green feed to go forward. Surprising enough they are gaining 0.7kg/day just eating pasture hay so they are going forwards. Giving the opportunity they will grow into heavy bullocks as experienced in the last few years.
