Cattle were a little flighty at the beginning of the assessment but improved as we progressed. The odd steer jumped around a little on the scales but quickly settled once back in the mob. Cattle are quiet in the paddock and will improve with more handling.

43 Angus & Angus Cross Steers that are rising 12 months old. Calves have grown out well and making good weight gains coming out of a cold, wet winter. Lead draft of the vendors steer calves they will grow out into ideal feeders or grass fed bullock programs. All steers weighed 340kg and above at assessment. Grass Fed Declaration available on request. Please note that at assessment there were 8 steers noted with old pink eye scarring but not active. See photos for examples of eyes. Located right on the edge of Holbrook with easy truck access off the freeway.
