Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These heifers were really gentle to draft. They penned up well and flowed up the race well. The few that were not settled in the crush settled quickly when back with the mob. They have been very well handled by the vendor with horses' dogs and bikes and have been mustered and moved since weaning a number of times. They were a lovely quiet mob to walk through and take photos with no sign of panic or flight

Assessor Comments
A ripping single deck line of light weight, cross bred, well-handled heifers on offer here. All the hard work has been done and are all in healthy store condition and ready to power ahead on good feed and offer plenty of compensatory weight gain. They are a mix of breeds and would suit the feeder market or would grow out to be future breeders. These cattle have the genetics to perform well and past sales show they do. They come from a cow herd that is preg tested annually and has a strong focus on fertility. They are very well handled and easy to work with. These heifers have been pretreated on 9/12/25 for tick with Starmec injectable. their brothers are in the same auction. it was noted that one heifer is very heavily muscled as shown in the photos. Their brothers are in the same auction
