Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Heifers were very quiet to handle in the yards and on the scales. Most heifers did react a bit to being caught in the head bale whilst being tagged with their NLIS device. This behavior is not unusual. Only 1 heifer that could be described as slightly stirry both in the crush and in the bigger yards. Temperament is not an issue here.

Assessor Comments
A line of heifers best described as Composites due to the mix of breeds involved in the vendor’s breeding program, both cows and bulls (see stock history comments and photos/video). They mainly show British bred traits. They present in basically store condition with a few that have a little bit more cover on them. These will suit to add more weight for the domestic feeder markets. Most of these should zoom ahead pretty well on crop or improved pastures as they are not little dried out drought affected heifers. I did note one heifer that looks to have been ridden a bit but most likely from another heifer there are a few heifers in the lot that look to be bulling. To the best of the vendor’s knowledge these have no exposure to any bulls. Please note that delivery is required on either Monday 9th or Tuesday 10th October only.
