Heifers were all very quiet and well behaved throughout assessment. Brought up by a single handler, led up the race quietly and were all very sensible in the crush, exiting at a walk. Walked down the laneway out to the small holding pen quietly then a took off with a spring in their step as can be seen in the video. Once they finished their ‘joie de vivre’ zoomies, they settled down and were quiet to push along the fence line for another video. Very quiet, extensively handled & fed young heifers

Nice line of pure Te Mania blood Angus heifers. Heifers that would normally be joined or retained to grow out to feedlot specs. Only offered for sale due to the tightness of the season & needing to maintain a focus on the cropping side of the business rather than feeding cattle. The heifers present in store condition with good length & depth, and a very good genetic background, carrying 10 years of the pure Te Mania Angus genetics. Heifers are receiving a plain roughage feed at the moment, are bunker trained & would be ideal heifers to either take out onto a crop and background, or up their ration and continue on the feeders.
