Temperament not assessed in Paddock
All very well behaved throughout assessment. Handled solely in the backyards/force/race by a young work placement student with no hassles. All led up the race and were mostly well behaved in the crush. A little bit of anxiety in some as they’d only come home from agistment a week prior and had been through for drenching, listed above as slightly stirry. Blocked up well in the large holding area with just 1 Ute, and stood sensibly for photos. Still young cattle, but very well behaved.

Assessor Comments
Smart, fresh line of Pure Rennylea Angus Blood Heifers. Mothers purchased as PTIC females off an in-house client, being the well renowned Khancoban Station, who have been using pure Rennylea Angus sires for a numbers of years, always focusing on positive IMF (+3), high 400 day growth & high yielding carcass performance EBV’s. Very nice line of young heifers that have had the start to set them up, and the genetics to keep them going forward in any direction be it breed or feed. Already having a couple of truck rides under their belt with going to/coming home from Agistment, and handling the ordeal like seasoned professionals, never taking a backward step on arrival. These would be a perfect line of top class pedigree, future breeders to tuck away and put a bull over in the Spring time, or take advantage of their genetics & stack the weight in to, buyers please note. Vendor has the brothers in the same sale.
