Steers handled well in a safe and well managed environment. The odd steer displayed a slight amount of discomfort whilst in the crush or lead up race however was quick to settle once rejoining the group.

Buyers, on offer is a very well bred line of Kenny's Creek blood Angus Steers. Steers demonstrate all the attributes of quality breeding, showing good bone, length and depth. Steers are a July/August 24' drop and have been weaned since mid-January and up until 3 weeks ago, were ran at high stocking rates on pasture being fed supplementary hay. Given this, steers present in predominantly store condition displaying good frames ready to add compensatory gain. Steers are the complete drop with a 15% tail removed. Given the opportunity, these steers will perform and are ideal to take onto heavier specifications. Please note, the odd steer displayed the effects of old ringworm scarring.
