Here is a tight draft of good quality young heifers to take on as future breeders or to feed. Heifers range from 214kg-295kg to average 267kg at assessment. These heifers are normally retained as future breeders but given the current dry time they cannot be retained. Heifers were good to handle in the yards and in the paddock. Heifers are Tivoli, Pine Creek & Hazeldean blood lines and are out of medium to large frame cows. Cattle have been Drenched for Lice in july and hair has all come back well. Started on the oats crop since May and are really starting to power ahead and come out of their winter coat. Intending buyers please note 3 heifers were treated at assessment for past pinkeye activity that is not deemed detrimental. N.B vendor has another lot (heavier heifers) in same sale.
