Hfrs were very good to handle. Moved through the yards and crush without too much prompting. 1 hfr became restless and fidgety when isolated on scales but settled quickly. Have been handled regularly by vendor.

A small line of very well bred and presented young Angus heifers to add to a breeding programme, fatten or feed. The quality and weight for age allows prospective purchasers several options. Their matrons have been selectively acquired for the vendors Angus breeding programme and these heifers are just slightly out of sinc with an AI programme being undertaken. They are by a calving ease DSK stud bull purchased at the DSK production sale in Gunnedah. A couple of heifers are still holding onto their winter coat but conditions haven't been conducive to stock doing that well in the last few weeks. These cattle have had an unusually large amount of rain on them and insect burdens have been extremely high so it is testament to their breeding they present so well. They weighed 396 average after 2 hrs in yards. These heifers would take a bull any time now if desired.The vendor also has some heifers with calves and younger weaner heifers in the same sale.
