Buyers, to be offered for sale A/C Oatleigh Pastoral Co are 50 Composite Backgrounder Steers. Out of a renowned EU accredited central tablelands cow herd, these steers are very well bred and well managed. Sired by Hicks Black homo composite Bulls and are out of Hicks blood Composite Black Cows. These steers represent the tops of the drop and are well on the do, currently averaging 1.59/Kg per day since their last weighing. Steers were individually weighed 340+Kg and averaged 388.5Kg Full at assessment. Medium to large frames with plenty of room to fatten, in good forward store condition. August/September 2025 drop. They are very quiet and easy to handle. Most recently drenched with Vetmec Lev Pour On and vaccinated with Websters 5 in 1 + B12 and Vetmac F on the 5th of July. A great opportunity to secure 2 decks of Vendor Bred, EU Accredited, Well bred Black Composite steers to take on into heavy feeder cattle or further into good kill cattle.
