Temperament not assessed in Paddock
The cattle on Bangus Station are handled with motorbikes and dogs. None of the cattle are aggressive, just when yarded show signs of being flighty. Cattle are excellent to handle out in the paddock with movements around the farm being very easy. Once up close to the 'Bangus' cattle they do stirr a little, but please note they are easy to handle and feed through yards easily.

Notable Traits
Traits
23 Head Late marked steers
Assessor Comments
* Tops of the drop * These steers are the lead draft of 135 Angus steers born in the Winter/Spring of 2022. A very good line of Angus steers that all weighed from 250kgs - 400kgs to avg 295kgs full at assessment. All steers under 250kgs full have been taken out of mob, nice line of steers that will gain weight quickly on good feed. ** Please note - there are 23 late marked steers in this mob, all have been properly marked, but due to marking a little late carry extended pissel hair. We have taken out 2 that were too far gone (stags), but we believe the 23 in this assessment will grow into nice looking steers into the future.
