Steers were superbly quiet , given only just weaned . A pleasure to handle in the yards at assessment. Steers are rotationally grazed every 3-4 days and are moved on foot. It would be hard to find more docile line of weaners then these.

Excellent line of quiet temperment Team Te Mania Angus Steer weaners that possess all the outstanding attributes of the Team Te Mania program. Steers are presenting in fresh forward store condition with a healthy, shiny coat. Steers averaged 213 kg full (167 - 272 kg) at assessment. These are only young Steers that are always highly sought after by backgrounders, feedlots and bullock finishers. Sires used in the Team Te Mania program are some of the best genetics in the Angus Breed , with particular emphasis on marbling, growth and temperament (see attached links of the sires used). This is the complete drop of weaner steers with a 10% Lighter tail removed from the line. These steers possess wonderful temperment , good frame & depth of body and will not disappoint. These Calves just need time & feed to grow out.
Note: Steers were marked with rings 5 weeks ago. Purse had not dropped off on a % of steers. 2 steers marked at assessment.
