Blue ribbon line of Rennylea blood March/ April '23 drop Angus steers from an award-winning herd. These steers weighed 368kg full (320-442kg) at assessment and are really on the go after coming through a tough autumn period - with plenty of compensatory gain still to be had. They have been bred using top quality Rennylea sires (links attached) with extensive use of AI used in the herd to rapidly improve genetic gain. Feedback from feedlots is putting these steers in the top tier for performance with excellent marbling and growth. Steers from this herd have won multiple awards (see attached full list) including most recently coming first at Beef 2024 National Beef Carcase Competition Class 5: Heavy Trade Grain Fed category and in the Teys Beef Spectacular feedlot trial; Reserve Champion pen of steers, 1st MSA eating quality award & Riverine Premium Champion Pen. These are truly outstanding steers - you wont find any better.
