HEIFERS WERE GOOD TO HANDLE AT ASSESSMENT, TEND TO BECOME AGITATED UNDER PRESSURE IN THE CONFINES OF THE RACE AND CRUSH, MAJORITY OF HEIFERS LEFT THE CRUSH QUICKLY BUT SETTLED WHEN RETURNED TO THE MOB. HEIFERS SHOWED NORMAL WEANER TENDANCIES IN THE BIG YARDS AND NEEDED SLOWING. WITH FURTHER HANDLING IT IS ASSUMED TEMPERAMENT WILL IMPROVE.
