These steers moved through the yards efficiently during the assessment process. Some steers were nervous in the race leading into the crush. 8 steers were agitated in the crush while being weighed but calmed when through the draft and back in the mob. Since weaning steers haven't had any education and will benefit from additional handling.

Assessor Comments
On offer is a nice line of Autumn drop Angus steers. These Mundarra Blood calves are 9-11 months old and are showing plenty of frame for their age. Steers were weaned and drenched in late December and are ready to jump ahead given the opportunity. This lot of 53 steers are the lead draft of the vendors Autumn calves. Please note the second draft of 22 steers are also offered in today's sale providing the opportunity to put together 75 one-mark steers. The Parfett steers are renowned performers with buyers returning to purchase them annually.
