54 pregnancy tested empty backgrounder heifers that are in forward condition. These heifers were purchased as weaners and have experienced favorable seasonal conditions to get them to backgrounder weights. This line of number 5 heifers are very quiet to handle in the paddock and will continue to go forward on grass or grain. Please note there are a few heifers showing signs of a light lice burden but are still forward in condition.
