108 very well bred Angus feeder steers, to be offered in 2 lines of 54 head, on a run out the gate basis. This mob is comprised of 46 vendor bred steers (PINK Tag & Triangle earmark out of the tip of each ear) sired by MILLAH MURRAH & TALOOBY Angus bulls, & 62 steers (YELLOW Tags & no earmark) purchased in 2 lines ex Auctionsplus a/c the breeder, sired by PINE CREEK & ONSLOW Angus bulls. This is a very even line of ideal feeder weight steers, which are just starting to clean up in the coat, & are very forward in condition, with shape & softness in abundance. These steers are very well balanced, exhibiting very good body length & depth, possessing the depth of bone and squareness to develop into very meaty calves at the back end of a finishing program. Steers are very quiet, calm & well handled, & would adapt very quickly to a feedlot induction period, minimising weight loss in the adjustment period & thereby maximising profit through earlier weight gains. They come highly recommended.

46 steers in the consignment of 108 are vendor bred, with the remaining 62 steers purchased ex Auctionsplus account the breeder in 2 lines, out of the central tablelands district. Steers were purchased as backgrounders, & grown into feeder weights.

Vendor bred steers are sired by MILLAH MURRAH & TALOOBY Angus bloodlines. Purchased steers are PINE CREEK & ONSLOW Angus bloodlines.

Improved Native pastures consisting of Phalaris, Rye-grass, and Sub-clovers.

Annual turn over of bred & purchased steers into feeder markets. Disappointed to let them go on current tough prices, but willing to meet the market regardless. Management eartags will be removed & retained prior to delivery.
