Stock handled well throughout the yards under a safe and calm environment. Heifers that were regarded as 'slightly stirry' in crush demonstrated slight discomfort in the crush when being assessed but were quick to settle upon leaving.

Buyers, on offer is a very well bred line of Milwillah, Hardhat and Springwaters Angus Heifers. Heifers demonstrate all the attributes of quality breeding and show good bone and length. Heifers have been weaned for 6 weeks and have since been running at high stocking rates on pasture. Heifers are the second draft for the year and were weighed above 240kg at assessment with a small draft retained for future breeders and a tail retained also. Given the opportunity, these heifers will perform well and are ideal to take onto heavier weights either to join, grow or fatten. Please note, the odd heifer displays a patch of their coat removed from mange scarring. Also, the odd heifer displays warts around the face. Additionally, some heifers have different management tags however these were only used to identify the children's heifers. The vendor additionally has 33 steers in the same sale***
