Good Heifers to handle. Well educated through yards. Walked through race and stood on scales with a minimum of fuss. Out of a herd that all have a quiet temperament.

Lead draft of 54 Yearling Heifers out of a total of 85 1 mark, vendor bred heifers offered by the Harbison family. Approximately half of these heifers went through one round of an AI joining but failed to get in calf and were pregnancy tested undetectable, the balance have had no exposure to bulls. Well bred heifers out of a large framed cow herd that would make ideal future breeders or equally suit a grass or grain feeder job. Heifers are well framed and not carrying a lot of condition so there will be some quick compensatory weight gains to be made. There are 10 black baldy heifers in the draft and 11 heifers were noted with old pinkeye scarring in eyes but still had sight. Please see photos for examples. Grass fed & antibiotic free declaration available upon request.
