Only one heifer in this draft displayed any real stirriness. The Winnidad cattle are generally very good to handle. Almost all heifers filed through race quietly and drafting mob beforehand was no issue except for single head.

A quality draft of nicely presented Angus heifers. Heifers present in forward store to forward condition and have received their 7-in-1 booster vaccination. Sired by Weeran Angus bulls, bred from a herd of Banquet, Barwidgee & Weeran blood cows, the Winnidad operation selects genetics on structure, fertility traits, above average growth, above 2.0 for IMF and positive fat. The majority of the offering (106 in total) have not seen the bull, with the balance (approx 10%) having been PTE. Please note, this draft has two heifers with small birthmark and two heifers with very slight, old pink eye scarring. Vendor offering 106 quality Angus heifers over two lots in this sale. Presents a terrific opportunity to acquire very well bred, Angus heifers ready to join as future breeders or background and finish to trade or export markets.
