Well mannered young heifers. Have been tailed & educated with the dogs & horses, mobbing up easily, and handling well in both the paddock and yards. All brought from the backyard by a single, lady handler without any hassles, and easily led their way in to the race & crush. A few that were a bit anxious in the race & going into the crush as they all had their tails grabbed & banged for easy identification, listed above as slightly stirry/stirry.

Very nice line of young Spring drop heifers offered on A/c of the renowned Towong Hill Station. These are a nice even line of Upper Murray bred females that could do absolutely any job. Pretty faces, good length, shape and temperament, backed by top class genetics! Towong Hill are one of the oldest herds of Angus cattle in Australia, with a genetic makeup boasting over 50 years of the renowned Lawson Angus genetics, with the more recent introduction of Ardrossan & Table Top Angus to access & even further push those EBV’s chased by market demand. These would be an ideal line of heifers to tip out until the Spring while they mature, then appreciate a quality yearling with a multitude of retailing options - being a top class heifer to put a bull over, or continue to feed on grass or start on a ration and chase a domestic or export market result. Buyers please Note. Vendor also has the Autumn drop sister in same sale, 5-6 months older. Giving a total of 116 heifers on offer.
