They were all pretty good to handle, some a bit fast through gates but all flowed into the race without any issues. All stood on the weigh platform while being weighed with no issues.

56 Angus steers, all weighed 272kg full - 359kg to av 332kg full. The steers were purchased from Aohia Australia Pty Ltd in NSW on the Aug 23, born in Dec 22 - Feb 23 and were described as Coffin Creek, Booramoolka and Eagle Hawk genetics. They were all hooked drenched with trifecta 2 weeks ago. I first thought they would be 20-30kg heavier though they are all frame and no fat cover. Over the last 4 weeks they have slipped due to the dry conditions and appear ideal to put onto feed. Well bred steers. Please note the vendor has another 48 heavier steers in the same sale.
