Steers handled well under a calm and safe environment. The odd steer displayed discomfort in the lead-up and crush however yard setup can be to fault. They were quick to settle once in a group.

Buyers, on offer is a quality line of 57 MILWILLAH BLD Angus steer calves. Steers represent the lead draft and were all weighed above 290kgs at assessment. These well-bred steers display excellent bone, thickness, length and depth, showing all the attributes buyers look for in high-performing feeder cattle. A very even line with plenty of frame and growth potential, they are ideally suited to backgrounding operations or to be taken through to heavier feeder or kill specifications. The steers have been yard weaned for 7 days and educated onto hay feeders, ensuring they are well prepared for their next stage. A genuine opportunity to secure quality Angus steers with strong weight gain potential and short turnaround. Please note, the vendor also has 41 Angus heifers offered in the same sale.
