Steers are cleaning up in the coat after a tough, wet winter. One baldy steer, refer photo. Noted one steer with slight, old pinkeye scarring but did not appear to impede vision and would not be considered detrimental.

Steers were a pleasure to handle, having been well handled by vendors throughout their lives. Approximately 6 steers were keen to move out of crush but generally the cattle were very quiet.

A well bred draft of Angus steers on offer. Steers are vendor bred by Rennylea Angus bulls, out of quality New England/Northern Tablelands bred Angus cows with Brooksby, Glenavon & Raff bloodline represented. They have wintered well and are primed for significant weight gain. A 10% tail has been removed, a terrific opportunity to acquire Angus steers with the breeding & frame to background or finish to feeder or export weights.
