Very well mannered quiet young females. All led up the race individually and stood well on the scales. Just one heifer showed some anxious behaviour well drafted off from her sisters to come up the race. Listed above as slightly stirry, although her behaviour was only nervous.

Ideal females for a dairy farmer to take on, with all the hard work behind them, all just coming into a joinable weight bracket. The Moore family switched to running a crossbred herd & as a result, have better milk solids & sounder, more moderate framed cows. These young females are from a good performing cow herd with a current mid-Winter yielding of around 23-24Ltrs on average. Only offered for sale sue to getting out of milking and going over to beef cattle. Buyers please Note. Vendor has another 9 Jersey x Holstein Heifers in same sale.
