60 Watervalley Black Angus steers, Ex Mt Scott 301-372 kg weight range, 313kg LW Curfewed Ave. run out the gate of 160 steers in the line. These steers are in store condition coming through a dry autumn and winter fed on green pick and hay and are now really starting to go forward presenting in quite fresh condition, ideal to grown into feeder weights. They offer a good medium frame with good bone density being true to Angus type. Off types and rougher animals drafted out at assessment. They steers are all 2023 drops. They are well known for their doing ability and will perform well for those buyers looking for improver cattle to add value to their purchases.

We are very proud of Donor Jean P303 – the mother ship. Jean B21’s progeny directly shows the power and consistency of our cow lines here with 9 lots represented. P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all.
