Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Cows and calves were very quiet to draft. Once drafted the steers were easy to handle, stood quietly in the crush while being assessed, and were relaxed in a larger pen while the photos were taken.

Assessor Comments
ac WS & AA COE. A very good quality live of 7 - 8 month old, vendor bred, Wattle Top blood, Angus steers. Sired by high indexing Altitude bulls, NAA P2, NAA P11, NAAR10 - sons of Wattle Top G188, these steers are exhibiting tremendous length, and bone for their age. These young steers were quiet to handle, they were drafted from their large framed mothers, who were also very quiet to handle through the yards. They remained relaxed throughout the assessment process, with only 3 or 4 becoming a little fidgety in the crush. Having had a great start to life thanks to the fantastic season, and with plenty of genetic potential, these steers will do very well on feed given the right opportunity.
