Steers were good to handle on a whole, 3 to 4 were a little stirry early on in the assessment as they were fresh out of the paddock.
Once through the crush most of the steers settled well back into the mob

Excellent quality line of Ben Nevis & Amarina blood Angus steers, all weighed 320kg+ to average 369kgs full (320-423kgs). These steers are rarely sold at this age and weight, as they are usually taken through to heavy feeder weights and are only being sold due to property downsizing. These steers display good frame are ready to grow out to hit feeder weights in the spring. Please note; steers are grassfed and antibiotic free eligible.
Also note: There were 5 steers which showed some old eye scaring in one eye only
