Heifers were preg tested the day prior to assessment and considering that flowed up the race and into the crush with ease. A couple of heifers stirred while in crush and mouthing but settled once back with mob. Cattle are very quiet through bigger yards and while drafting.

Buyers a chance to buy 2 decks of PTE Santa & Santa X PCAS eligible heifers that present in store to forward store condition. Heifers show good bone, length, frame & softness with a very quiet temperament to match. Cattle were weighed after being in the yards for 4 days & being preg tested the day prior with a further 5% taken off so buyer is expected to see a very good compensatory gain. Heifers had a tough time during the flood of 2025 so would suit being rejoined to the bull of choice for future breeding or have the frame to go straight on to feed for a grass or grain program. At assessment mouthed 40 head with only 2 head presenting with 2 teeth 1 of those was just breaking.
