Assessor Comments
A neat line of 62 Black Angus heifers that are March/April 2023 drop. There has been a draft of 50 lighter types taken out, making these the Tops of the Drop. These heifers are of good temperament and are easy to handle. However, two head were slightly stirry while under pressure in the crush.. They were yard weaned in mid October and have had all the health treatments necessary. Please note that the odd heifer is still showing signs of a winter coat, due to the very cool summer we have had to date. Also, the odd heifer showing signs of old ringworm, and the occasional wart around the head and shoulders. They will be a great start up operation, or a handy addition to any established herd. Bid with confidence that these heifers are more than capable of doing a job for any successful bidder.
