Temperament not assessed in Paddock
They were mostly good to handle in the yards, race and crush. Thirteen were slightly agitated when isolated in the crush and would exit quickly. All settled once back with the herd and remained settled when being photographed. Not all but some tended to move quickly through gates when being moved (see video). Noting aggressive was observed they just need to be worked calmly and with consideration.

Assessor Comments
A line of vendor bred Angus and Angus x heifers. They were assessed as 6% fair, 45% good and 49% very good quality. They are medium and large frame heifers and they suit to take to heavy domesctic feeder weights and then crop of grain finish. The top 50% would suit to take and join as ood quality future breeders. They are NSM and all 100% vet preg tested as NDP. They were yard weaned in June before moving onto oats. The oats is now dry but with good bulk and they continue to move ahead. They have not had access to grain and are grass market eligible. Two heifers noted with slight blue eye spot in one eye and one heifer with healing pink eye in one eye - will be checked for suitability to load prior to delivery. Please note other lots this vendor this sale to make trucking combinations.
