Heifers were sensible throughout assessment. Yards didn’t flow that well, so a few were a bit sticky in the gate ways, but once a lead started, they all followed through without hassle. Lead up the race without any pressure required, and were good in the crush, just a few that did some stomping and rocking. Otherwise, all exited sensibly. Just one that got a bit hot in the back yard, and was anxious in the crush, exiting in a hurry. Listed above as stirry.

Assessor Comments
Very nice line of Rennylea & Te Mania Angus blood Heifers. The majority of these heifers were originally selected as the keeper heifers, however did not conceive in the brief 6 week joining window. This now gives the successful purchaser the opportunity to take them in to an Autumn calving program and appreciate the long, rich genetic history that these females will bring with them. Alternatively, these are heifers with a great amount of frame, offering excellent compensatory weight gain potential if you planned to feed them on. A line of quality, well bred females with a number of investment opportunities here.
