Assessor Comments
A 2 deck line of soft even Santa & Santa Cross Steers that are PCAS Eligible and present with plenty of compensatory gain. Steers are best described as medium to large frame and present in strong store condition. This line of cattle show good frame, length and bone and are known to perform on feed growing out to good heavy kill weights. Steers were good to handle in the yards considering the very hot conditions that they were handled in. At assessment 1 x Steer was seen with a larger sack but was checked in the crush & couldn’t find any issues also please note there are 3 x steers that were marked late with larger but tipped horns. At assessment 61 x steers noticed with age brand NB#4 and 3 x steers with age brand NB#3. Buyers please note that these cattle were mustered over 2 days & handled for 1 day in the yards prior to inspection in extreme hot conditions with a further 5% shrink taken off for delivery. 2 x family brands.
