Steers behaved very well through yards. Only a couple stirred up slightly in crush but settled well once returned to mob. Considering first time back in yards since weaning it is a testament to the Wansey herds temperament

Buyers here is an opportunity to secure a Good Quality line of weaned Crossbred strs These steers are the crossbred draft out of the Wansey Downs weaners. All are out of large framed Beefmaster cows by Rosevale Santa, Lambert and Fairview Charolais and Warrenpoint Hereford Stud sires .Steers predominately show good bone and length with very good weight for age considering season before recent rains, they are now roaring ahead on good feed since weaning. Steers would ideally suit to take through to the heavy feeder market or grow out to grass bullocks. Please note strs with horns are only small weaner horn not considered detrimental and one steer appeared to have be cut later not deemed a problem for feedlot entry. Also note Vendor has 2 other lots this sale.
