Mostly good to handle in the yards, race and crush. 15 Heifers became slightly stirry when isolated but settled once back in the yards. Five Heifers became stirry when in the crush and forcefully exited. All settled once back with the herd and remained quiet when being photographed.

A line of 65% medium framed and 35% large framed good quality Angus and Angus cross heifers. Heifers were pregnancy tested by a vet 26/09/23 and are all NDP. These heifers have been yard weaned on oaten hay and were moved to oats crop in August with access to Urea based water medications. They have done very well and will remain on oats untill delivery. Sired by Booroomooka blood bulls over Angus, Angus cross cows, Charalois x and Hereford/Santa Cows. Heifers suit to take to the heavy end of domestic feeder weights. Alternatively the top 32% have the potential to make very good quality future breeders. They were assessed with a LWR of 208kg - 392kg. Heifers have have been vaccinated with 1 dose of 7 in 1 and have been treated with Easy Dose. The heifers have also not had access to grain and are PCAS eligible. Please note the Angus cross and straight Angus brothers of these heifers are also listed in this auction. Located approximately 130km West of Goondiwindi off the Barwon Hwy.
