Heifers behaved very well through yards. Only a couple stirred up slightly in crush but settled well once returned to mob. Considering first time back in yards since weaning it is a testament to the Wansey herds temperament

Buyers here is an opportunity to secure a VGQ line of the Wansey Downs Vendor bred weaned heifers. Heifers showing good bone, depth and length and exceptional weight for age due to the British, Euro /Bos Indicus cross. Bred from Large framed Hereford and Hereford /Santa cross cows by Santa and Euro Bulls, these heifers are highly sought after by repeat feedlot buyers and are proven performers on Grass or grain. Heifers are ideally suited to take through to Lucrative Pasture Fed Slaughter programs having never had antibiotics or grain, alternatively they have the Quality and depth of breeding to join up as replacements .Please note a couple of heifers observed with slight blue blight scarring in one eye not considered detrimental. Vendor has another 1 deck of heifers in this sale.
