Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These steers were very easy to handle in an excellent set of new yards. They filled around to curved race without any issues. Just the odd few did get a little bit agitated when in the crush being weighed but settled immediately they were let out. Very easy to move from yard to yard.

Assessor Comments
Buyers here is an opportunity for export feedlotters to access and run of 273 steers all weighed into a range 420-481kgs full. It must be noted they have had two shots of Bovilus in preparation for entry and also have had a small taste of grain in feeders in the paddock so they should adapt to a full blown feedlot environment pretty well. They are offered in 4 light B-Double loads due to weight requirements in NSW, they could fit on 11 decks if required. They will have had a pretty good curfew by the time they are yarded to the time they are weighed at Willow Tree. Noted there are approx. 4% with very light warts on the head and neck and about the same percentage with slight needle lumps on the neck, no issues expected here. I also noted about 40 of the whole draft that had some minor eye issues ranging from eyes slightly cloudy to eyes with a small blue spot to some with old blue eye scarring. There were no steers showing any signs of active blight though.
