Temperament not assessed in Paddock
When walking through these steers in the yards they were very easy to handle with no issues at all. They definitely behaved differently once pushed up into the race & crush area for my assessment, although I do believe a combination of a very short and wide race made these steers act in a manor that should not hold them in account. All in all I felt they were fine to handle in my opinion & there should be no concern regarding their temperament. Also handled with experienced dogs & stock men.

Assessor Comments
Stevenage Investments of North-East Vic are proudly offering their entire draft of Spring Drop Weaner Steers for your genuine competition. Sired by Anvil Angus bulls and of good strong medium to large framed commercial Angus cows provides a prospective purchaser with an opportunity to secure a one mark line of Angus steers to take on to a domestic, feeder or export weighted animal. Yard weaned approximately four weeks ago and broken in with experienced working dogs gives you the confidence in purchasing an animal that will improve and go forward once stepping onto your property as all the hard work has been completed for your convenience. Please also appreciate all the health treatments performed during weaning which puts these Steers in the perfect position for ongoing weight gain. Apart from some excessive white on two Steers underline and belly (which is tabled in the breeding comments) there were no other faults noted during assessment.
