Although station bred cattle used to running in big mobs, Cattle worked very well without stress in good yards with experienced stock handlers. Were a pleasure to assess.

Assessor Comments
On offer by "Mannion Pastoral" Ex Lake Wallace stn are 71 head of the annual draft of 2023 drop Angus x Angus cross heifers. At assessment weighed 197-402kg to average 279.5kg. Sired by Larrikin Angus bulls over Angus, Hereford and very small percentage droughtmaster cross cows. These heifers have matured well with the season in the far west and present in good store condition. Being marked in July heifers are showing good growth, stretch and muscle for age and will grow into a nice line to join or fatten for the trade. Although used to running in big mobs in large paddocks these cattle have been well handled showing good temperament and were a pleasure to work in the yards.
*14 x small white mark on body. 3 x eyes treated with terramycin can be removed on request, neither deemed detrimental.
*vendor is offering other lines in todays sale:- 87 x Ax steers Av 324.3kg, 12 x Aa steers Av 322.3kg and 63 x Ax heifers Av 318.1kg.
