Buyers these heifers were good to handle, draft and assess. Approx 1/4 of the heifers stirred up slightly in the crush getting weighed and pre treated, which is to be excepted. Once let out of the crush they walked back into the mob and were settled. They were good to photo and video and worked well through the yards. They will be walked back to their paddock with bikes and dogs after assessment. The vendor mentioned they were easy to muster and walked all the way to the yards with no stress.

Buyers please consider this soft line of 72 (2 decks) crossbred weaned heifers. Performance bred heifers presenting in healthy store condition after being weaned and educated 4 months ago. Weighing from 200-358 kgs and average 275 kgs at assessment after an overnight dry curfew. These heifers have been pre treated with Toromec LV pour-on to assist with movement into tick free areas. Buyers please refer to my photos and videos as part of my description. Please note there are 4 heifers with small horn buds, 1 heifer with half tail and a small % showing more content in their crossbred breed type. These heifers are renowned for their performance and i have full confidence they will grow out to their reputation as either backgrounders or as future breeders. PCAS eligible, vendor bred, pre treated, weaned and educated. Heifers have been on a good plain of nutrition since early November and are really starting to power ahead!

These heifers have been grazing in a sandy loam paddock of fresh Buffel grass with a mix of native grasses and some legumes. They have been on a good plain of nutrition since early November. They will return to this paddock until delivery.
