A very good line of 74 Angus steers suited for the backgrounder/feeder market averaging 414kg full at assessment. These steers are just starting to hit their straps with a daily average weight gain of over 2kg. These steers are starting to loose their winter coat and do well on oat crop. The steers were good to handle through the yards at assessment. Please not three steers have white on their belly's and three also have old pink eye blemishes, which were not detrimental.
