The Walker Family of Meadow Creek proudly offers their annual draft of AI bred Yearling steers presenting in a forward store to prime condition. Steers are out of a ‘Te Mania’ based cow herd and are the resulting progeny of their annual AI program sired by Te Mania Emperor. Steers have been rotationally grazed in a program for the past 6 weeks with a average daily gain of 2.3kg reflective of their genetic capabilities. Ideal steers to background into a pasture fed program or to go straight into a feedlot. Please note - There has been a tail draft removed at weaning to offer a genuine top of the drop draft of 74 steers. Grass fed only - No Antibiotics. There is a small draft of lighter steers in the same sale.
