Steers were generally very good to handle, they are typical of station cattle, used to big areas that like to run through gateways and got slightly stirry when under pressure In the race. These steers should be no problem for most people with half decent facilities and half decent stockmanship. I would be more than happy to send to most of my clients, however if you want docile cattle these are not for you.

Great opportunity to put together 500 Yammatree cattle into a feeding program that have proven performance from many feedlots across the eastern states. This is the top draft of 150 which will be sold as 2 even runs out the gate of 75 that all weighed between 440 -520 after an 14 hour curfew. These steers have a lot of frame and are really in spot on condition to feed and should absolutely fly once introduced into a feedlot or grass program. There is another 340 steers slightly lighter to be offered in today's sale. The Yammatree steers are highly sort after from major feedlots and we have had great feedback on their performance in the last few years.
