Heifers are in fresh store condition. Typical of younger drop calves who have had a thorough weaning within the last 6 weeks. Sound young heifers who will respond favourably to quality feed.

Assessor Comments
A nice line of 75 x Sep/ Oct 2023 Drop Poll Hereford Heifers. Bred in the renowned Okeview program at Winderadeen, Collector. The heifers are sired by leading Poll Hereford bulls from Cascade, Bowen and Tycolah. The heifers are yard weaned and have recently had their booster 5 in 1, B12 and Cydectin Platinum. Absolutely quiet, the heifers show length of body for their weight and age and should perform very well given the opportunity. Suitable to back ground for feedlots or the trade. Astute buyers could back ground and class in some heifers for breeding purposes. Generally considered to be the younger calves in the drop, they generally present in fresh condition having been weaned and are starting to respond with the group gaining 970g/ day since weaning. Buyers please note: Okeview will offer another line of 67 x weaned steers.
